Are you ready to break new ground with us? Then join our Sales Team in The Hague as Business Development Representative.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound methods.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, or virtual conferences (as needed).

Requirements

5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a hunter-style role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are considered an advantage.
Previous experience with AML, KYC and/or financial regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
Comfortable with outbound sales and cold prospecting.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and manage time effectively.
